Jack Sparrow rivede una donna che appartiene al suo passato, ma non e' sicuro che lei lo segua per amore oppure solo per scoprire dove si trova la leggendaria Fontana della Giovinezza. Le cose saranno un po' piu' chiare quando lei lo costringera' a salire a bordo della nave del pirata Barbanera, che lo portera' a vivere una nuova emozionante avventura.
