Jitze, un giovane giocatore, viaggia per il mondo per competere in tornei di videogiochi. Durante un soggiorno a Taipei inizia ad accusare un dolore al braccio ed e' quindi costretto a prendere alcuni giorni di riposo. Una notte nel suo albergo, Jitze incontra una ragazza e inizia a rendersi conto di quello che significa essere umani nell'era dei mondi virtuali.
